Where to start?

Hi all.
I am looking to learn VB, the end goal is so I can create a web based program. I have visual studio 2012, but when I open it, it asks if I want to start: Visual basic, ASP.NET forms, ASP.NET MVC, etc, etc.
Would someone be kind enough to give me a pointer as to where to focus my learining on first? And if anyone can recommend any training programs?
