[VB2010] - controlling the scrollbars values by code

i know put a scrollbars in a Panel control(by AutoScrool property).
we can scroll the scrollbars by mouse, like another scrollbar.
but it's possible control their values by code?
like these:
VerticalScrollbar.Value=100.
is possible?
