VS 2010 Resx file error

Hi,

I have the following problem suddenly during compilation (VB10):

Warning 1 Exception from HRESULT: 0 0 0x80041FEB

Error 2 resx file is invalid. Detected invalid data at the root level. Line 1, position 1. C: \ PROJECTS \ CODE \ INTERFACE \ frmStartUp.resx 1 1

How can I fix without losing code ...? thanks
