Way to load a mp3 to play on form load in VB 2013 express?

Hi there, I am migrating a VB6 program to VB express, and I would like to switch from bulky wav files to mp3s. This is a program I use to help with student routines when they arrive in the morning, so basically I am looking for a way for VB 2013 to play a mp3 file, can the express ver do that? :)
