i need to create a program that can extract the MIDI instruction in the MIDI file and sent them to the USB port.
basically, what i know about the MIDI is thy are in binary data form and have the header chunk.
can anyone tell me the way to extract the instruction data in the MIDI file. what function do i need to read the MIDI file?
