VS 2008 Little Help About Vb.Net Applications

I was wondering, is there a way that A Vb.Net Made Application Unable to decompress
i mean there are people that ruins our works by decompressing it and using the codes without crediting
and without permission of the original coder.

So I think someone can help me with that ?
How Can I Make My Application Not Able To Be Decompressed ?
If Decompressed Also I Want My Codes To Be Not Traceable ?

Anyway, Suggestion Or How I Can Achieve This ?
