Search for access database table using part of it's name

Hi there
As my thread topic suggest... I want to search for a table name
using part of it's name and if found store it in a string.
Eg. If a database has table 'Result_2013' ì want to use Result or 2013 to search for the table and if found store it in a string.
Thz
