How to Copy data from MsExcel and append it to an already existing MsAccess table?

Hi,

I have an Excel workbook called "Update" that contains data that needs to be copied and pasted to an already existing MsAcces table called "RegularInput". Is there a code that would perform the following:

1. open Update
2. Copy all the data in sheet1
3.opens Access and RegualrInput table
4. Appends the date from Excel

This is all I need before I could run my macros to update the whole database...
