VS 2008 No Disk..There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E: what?

Nowhere in my code do i ever tell it to access drive E: so why it is asking me to insert a disk in there is beyond me..

and yeah if i toss a cd in that drive and run the program the msgbox goes away..if i kick the disk out while my program is running it pauses for a bit then the msgbox pops back up again
as long as i leave the disk in there the program runs fine.

I restarted vb without a cd in that drive and the error went away..the question i have..is this gonna show up again after i compile the program?

and if so how do i remedy it from happening again?
