VS 2010 File corruption

Hi guys,

I hope my image attachment worked....

Anyways, I am having weird form corruption issues on a program I'm working on for my employer. It is a large project (for me at least), consisting of 8 different forms. It all works fine except for the attached form. When I left for time off, the project was building/running fine. I return from time off and one of the files is corrupted.

I found a possible fix online but it didn't work. It stated to create a new form, then find the old .vb file and copy the code into notepad. Then copy the old code from notepad into the new form's .vb file. And then basically to do the same thing with the .design.vb file. It seemed like a good fix but it just didn't work --- same corruption after I went through the fix and deleted the old form.

Anyways, this post is just to see if anyone has had similar isssues and has a quick fix. My next troubleshooting step will be to "redraw" the form from scratch and hope that vb writes to a different place on the hard drive as a bad sector or soemthing similar is what I'm suspecting (since I'm at a loss). Although I would have thought the aforementioned solution would have written to a differnet place on the hard drive too. Still, it's the only thing I can think of to do at this point.

Any help is appreciated.
