VS 2008 Eof

Hi guys , I've been messing lately with codedom and reflection. Lets say I compile my code and I want to display a messagebox but the message data is written as bytes at the end of my executable (EOF). Hopefully you guys follow me till now, all work fine, the messagebox display. What im wondering here, is why all antivirus will get crazy over it? Why EOF is flagged so badly ? And is there a way to write EOF on runtime to avoid that issue ? Thanks
